Purpose of Safety and Evacuation Plan

The purpose of this Safety/Evacuation Plan is to instruct tenants and their employees to apply the guidelines outlined herein when fire or other life threatening emergencies exist.

Fire Drills will be conducted annually. Fire Drills will be coordinated ahead of time with the local Fire Department and the Service Partner who monitors the building fire alarm panels.

Tenant Responsibilities
Please read the enclosed material carefully so that you are made aware of the exact procedures for handling emergencies and to ensure the highest degree of safety to your employees and neighboring tenants.

Please distribute copies of this plan to all employees of your firm so they too will be familiar with proper procedures if and when the need arises.
