From time to time, a tenant may have special needs requiring renovations to a tenant's suite, additional HVAC, lights, outlets, painting, etc. Any of these or similar requests relating to your tenant area must first be directed to the Property Manager for consideration. You will then be advised as to the feasibility of such requests and how we may help facilitate same. The Property Manager will review the project and advise you as to the necessary requirements which must be met (permits, insurance certificates, licenses, construction standards for work and material, updated drawings, etc.) and will be able to provide you with an estimate for such work. It is our desire to perform the work for you in an efficient, economical and timely manner.
No renovations may be done within the tenant's space without the expressed, written consent of Avison Young pursuant to the provisions of your lease.
