The Avison Young Management Team at The Offices at Bedminster desires to offer quality services to our tenants and strives to keep you in a well-maintained setting by overseeing:

Our on-site staff includes the Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, Chief Engineer, and Maintenance personnel who are here to accommodate your needs and maintain an efficient operation.

Requests for standard building services, maintenance or repairs and special cleaning needs should be made to the Property Management Office through our Angus Work Order System* at http://www.ng1.angusanywhere.com/tenant/Kwartler/Bedminster/default.aspx.
In the case of an emergency, please call the Management Office at 908-781-2733.

  1. CHIEF ENGINEER : The technician staff at The Offices at Bedminster consists of a Chief Engineer. The Offices at Bedminster is staffed with on-site mechanical resources Monday through Friday, 7:00 am until 4:00 pm. The Chief Engineer is responsible for the preventive maintenance of standard building equipment such as fans, thermostats, plumbing equipment, light fixtures, as well as the repair and maintenance of such equipment. In addition, the Chief Engineer is available to respond to tenants requests for service.
  2. PORTER SERVICE : During normal business hours, our janitorial maintenance staff at The Offices at Bedminster undertakes the continuous cleaning of the building commons areas and outside grounds. This maintenance service is provided from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.Special cleaning requests can also be made through the Management Office. Please note that tenants will be charged for all special cleaning. Please make arrangements through this department to dispose of any excess amount of "trash". All moving companies and vendors are required by the tenant to remove their boxes from the premises after delivery. At no time should boxes, trash or excess materials and equipment of any kind be placed in the hallways or lobbies as these areas are designated as fire exits.
  3. SECURITY : Security at The Offices at Bedminster is provided by U.S. Security Associates, Inc. Security monitors the complex and checks the interior building during the following hours:

Monday through Friday 3:00 pm – 11:00pm
Saturday 7:00 am - 11:00pm
Sunday 7:00 am - 11:00pm
