PARKING GUIDELINES

There is outdoor unreserved parking provided in the front and side of both buildings. There is parking available for employees of the facility as well as marked spaces available for visitors. There are also underground parking lots located in both buildings for reserved parking.

PARKING PERMITS
All tenants who utilize the parking facilities at The Offices at Bedminster MUST be registered with the Property Management Office for issuance of a Parking Permit Sticker. (The only vehicles exempt from this requirement will be "visitors" using visitor parking).

  1. How to apply for a Parking Permit Sticker: See the tenant contact in your area he/she should have a supply of Parking Registration forms on-hand. Complete this form as indicated and return it to your tenant contact who will forward the completed form to the Property Management Office. IF AN EMPLOYEE USES MORE THAN ONE VEHICLE TO TRAVEL TO WORK, A REGISTRATION FORM MUST BE COMPLETED FOR EACH VEHICLE.
  2. Issuance of Parking Permit Stickers: Upon receipt of a completed Parking Registration form, a Parking Permit Sticker will be issued within two (2) to three (3) business days.
  3. Where to Place Your Sticker: Once you have received your parking sticker, it must be attached to either the rear bumper-drivers side, rear window-driver’s side or the rear side window-driver’s side.

Your parking sticker MUST be attached to the vehicle assigned to that sticker number on your registration form. Please do not DETACH sticker for the purpose of transferring from one car to another car. If you have need for an additional parking permit, have your tenant contact send or fax your request to the Property Management Office and a permit will be issued shortly thereafter.

RESERVED PARKING
Reserved parking is in place whenever the name of the tenant is shown in a given parking space. In other words, the presence of lettering indicates that the space you are now entering is reserved parking only for that tenant or person. The number of spaces to which tenant is entitled is detailed in your lease. (A floor plan of the reserved parking spaces is attached).

PARKING FOR THE PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED
Each parking lot has assigned parking spaces for drivers who are physically challenged. Their vehicles must have proper license plate ID (or display a visible state issued permit). These designated areas are easily identified by blue striping and signage. All buildings have provided these spaces as per ADA Code.

VISITOR PARKING
For our visitors, we have allotted reserved spaces marked "Visitors". These spaces are reserved for visitors only.

PARKING VIOLATIONS
Any unauthorized vehicle found parked in reserved spaces as described under the above sections 2, 3 & 4 may be subject to be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.
